Pitch
Repressive social conventions. We are looking at how the social conventions repress the visitors on how they can or cannot act. They often feel obliged to keep quiet and whisper, and move slowly through the gallery without expressing a reaction to the work. How the visitor is restricted with technology. We would like to present our performance as solo performances working towards a common goal.
Kate Kelly – Will be looking at the volumes in a gallery and will be experimenting with mobiles phones, loud footsteps and general rude behaviour. Sound effects.
Ryan Watson – Expressing sexuality (Physically and Vocally)
Kate Beresford – Looking at how the gallery “rules” mean that viewers cannot express how the work makes them feel in the silent atmosphere. So expressing exaggerated emotions silently to embody what the people around them are feeling.

Usher Art Gallery – separate rooms. Each room is a different person’s sanctuary for performance.

Relevance
It interacts with our given space and the concept of galleries in general. It becomes specific because we relate it to the work in that gallery.
